Copi featured in Cut the Carp comic by Art Institute of Chicago BFA candidate Jack Estep
Cut the Carp is a comic that translates the history of Asian carp in the US into easily digestible, bite-sized pieces using approachable language and inviting illustrations. Jack Estep, a student attending the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, created the comic after learning of the invasive carp issue following his arrival in Chicago. Interested in learning more and wanting to get the word out to others, Jack took it upon himself to create a short, but informative comic about these fish and what all of us can do to help.
