Copi Smoked Fish Dip
- 4 oz. smoked Copi, deboned and broken into small pieces
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon sour cream
- ½ teaspoon prepared horseradish
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Several shakes of Tabasco, to taste
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the Tabasco. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Pay attention not to over mix or mix too vigorously to keep the Copi from being shredded.
Add the Tabasco and stir to incorporate.
Taste for seasoning and add optional ingredients to taste if desired. Serve with crackers or toasted slices of baguette.
